In oilfield reinjection wastewater, there are a large number of bacteria, mainly including sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), iron bacteria (FEB), and saprophytic bacteria (TGB). The proliferation of bacteria can pollute water bodies, corrode pipelines, cause equipment blockage, damage, and scrapping, and also lead to microbial degradation of polymers in tertiary oil recovery, resulting in a decrease in oil recovery efficiency and an increase in oil recovery costs.
The new powerful bactericide ML-214 is specially developed for the sterilization treatment of oilfield reinjection wastewater.
[Performance]:
JX-624 is a new type of amphoteric quaternary ammonium salt biocide containing short chain alkyl and sulfite esters. It has good killing effects on heterotrophic bacteria, sulfate reducing bacteria, iron bacteria, and various algae, especially with special effects on sulfate reducing bacteria. The bactericidal performance is superior to 1227, the duration of the bactericidal effect is long, and it can adapt to a wide range of pH values, which can replace 1227 to solve the problem of bacterial resistance. JX-624 has good low-temperature performance (-10 ℃) and toxicity lower than 1227. It can be widely used in oilfield water injection, circulating cooling water systems, and the papermaking industry.

[Instructions]:
When using JX-624, the dosage is generally 50-100mg/L based on the amount of water retained. It should be controlled according to the bacterial content of the system itself. Adding 200mg/L or more to severely polluted systems has a stripping effect.
[Storage Packaging]:
JX-624 is packaged in 25kg or 200kg plastic drums and stored in a ventilated and cool place for a storage period of ten months.
